use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance
with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web
Trader Code of Practice. We collect information about you for 2 reasons:
firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the
best possible service. We will not email you in the future unless
you have given us your consent. You may withdraw this consent at any
time by emailing us. The type of information we will collect about

We will never collect sensitive information about you
without your explicit consent, and do not provide customer information to
third parties. We endeavour to ensure that the information we hold is
up to date and accurate. You can check the information that we hold about
you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct
it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held
securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and
the Which? Web Trader Code. If we intend to transfer your information
outside of the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your
consent first. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of
visitors to our site. This may include using a "cookie" which would be
stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent
this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to
identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Online Security...
One of the concerns about online shopping is the security of credit
card or debit card details. Click4Tents shop collects credit card
details on a Secure Server (look for the padlock at the bottom of
your browser window), which ensures that your credit card details
are encrypted for transfer over the Internet (i.e. between your PC
and our secure server, as well as between our secure server and our
PCs), so that they cannot be read or changed during transmission.
Once received by the Click4Tents order processing staff, the transaction
is processed as a Cardholder Not Present (CNP) transaction, as used
for purchases made over the telephone.
You are strongly advised not to send credit or
debit card details in normal emails (i.e. without being encrypted).
IMPORTANT: For your security we do not store
credit card details on a computer system after the order amount has been
charged.

Refunds and Returns Policy...
Click4Tents operates a 'no questions asked' returns policy; you may
cancel your order at any time before your order is delivered. If you
have received your order you will need to return it to the address
below. Unfortunately in this case, postage costs cannot be refunded.
After you have received your order we will be
happy to accept products for return for any of the following
reasons:
The product was found to be faulty or
damaged. We will either replace the fault product or give you a full
refund (including any postage costs), whichever you'd prefer. In either
case we will have to wait for the faulty product to be returned before
we can take action.
If we have made a mistake in the fulfilling
of your order. In this case we will either send out the correct products
or give you a full refund (including any postage costs), whichever you
prefer.
The product does not meet your requirements.
This is subject to the following conditions:
It must be accompanied by a copy of the
receipt.
It must be in pristine condition and in its
original packaging
Unfortunately in this case, postage costs cannot be
refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Despatch and Delivery...
In-Stock items will be dispatched promptly via
either ParcelForce or Royal Mail and should arrive with you within 3-5
working days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee not to run out of
items. Non-stock items may need to be ordered and we aim to supply these
within 28 days. If expected delivery time exceeds the time stated on the
product page, you will be notified via e-mail. If your order contains a
mixture of in-stock and out-of-stock items, the order will be held until
all items are available to be dispatched.
Within the UK, delivery is normally by Royal Mail
and ParcelForce. We will choose the most appropriate and cost-effective
means of shipment to suit individual needs. We will not charge more than
the cost notified when the order is placed, without prior customer
approval.
Delivery in the UK is FREE when products ordered online, regardless
of weight. products ordered over the phone are charged at £4.99 for delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders from
outside of the United Kingdom.
